Double the cylinders, double the power

With a floor area footprint of only 1m2, the A406 crushes with 8 tonnes of force in less than 15 seconds during a super-fast pressing cycle.

The Mil-tek A406 pneumatic baler is the third generation, with dual, double-cycling cylinders that improve the pressing cycle speed and force. On the downward cycle, patented ECO-Drive technology efficiently distributes power to the pressing plate and locks the plate in place to further crush the material. On release, compressed air is used to return the pressing plate.

Spacious pressing chamber

Because the A406 runs on compressed air, it is devoid of hydraulic oil and has no inherent risk of contamination.

The A406 has a large pressing chamber appropriate for large boxes and bags of plastic and is adaptable to compact plastic (225kg bales), cardboard (175kg bales), and other recyclable materials. All Mil-tek machines come complete with EN16500 characteristics, and the A406 incorporates a safe and straightforward two-handed bale-out system.

Effectiveness in the workshop

Keeping things neat and tidy is very important at Skjern Motor Cycles, both in the store and in the workshop.

In a crowded shop, the shop owner must ensure that his mechanics have enough space to work and that everything is located close to where it is needed.

The A406 cardboard baler is now a permanent fixture in the workshop. It solves a variety of problems that were previously a source of concern.
