The Electric E319 is a quiet-running electro-mechanical baler. Featuring a spindle-driven pressing plate, the E319 quietly compresses material with up to 15 tonnes of pressing force.Suitable for cardboard, plastic and other recyclable material, the E319 has a modern control system to start the machine and activate the pressing cycle. The pressing plate has a constant pressure feature, which locks the pressing plate in place to further compact material, without any additional electrical use. The E319 electric baler features a magnetic safety switch and inductive sensors, additionally, customized functions can easily be switched on/off. This unique construction allows for the smaller height, while still featuring a large feed opening and heavy bale weight. As it is powered by electricity, without using hydraulics, the E319 baler is suitable for locations that do not already have a source of compressed air. The lack of hydraulics mean that the E319 operates quietly, without interfering with the natural workflow, and can be located in hygiene sensitive areas. At just 1.85 metres high, the E319 electric baler has a low working height and can be installed in most locations with relative ease.
Open the top door and start filling the Electric E319 with your waste material. To activate it, simply close the door, and push the button!
A luminated button will indicate when the baler is ready to bale out. Open the door, tie the bale and use the automatic bale out feature.
Once the bale out has been completed pull the banding through and fix at the bottom of the baler in the shown area. Close the door, and you are ready to bale again, and again.
A Mil-tek technician will install the E319, which is made simpler by the low height of the baler. It requires a 3-phase electrical connection.
The E319 can be started manually via the control panel or be set to automatically start when the door closes. Refer to the manual for detailed instructions
The lower door of the E319 is secured via a lock crank. An automated bale out function makes emptying the baler a simple process.
The spindle rotates, allowing the pressing plate to wind down. This also facilitates locking out the pressing plate (the Stay'n hold feature') without any further use of electricity. The pressing plate has a trapezoid shape to prevent buckling.
Unlike hydraulic balers, the E319 runs quietly at 57 dB(A), which is lower than the noise level output of a domestic dishwasher.
The machine requires 13mm banding, which comes in custom cut 250m rolls. If you'd like to order some or are in doubt, contact your Mil-tek representative for clarification
Activate the pressing plate so that it is fully down. Open the door to access the banding rolls. For more detailed instructions, refer to your user manual.
Small to medium sized supermarkets, convenience stores, textile and general retailers will find an E319 electric baler especially useful.
It can be used for either cardboard or plastic, and the low height means that it can be installed in tight locations such as storerooms or unpacking areas, has no hydraulic oils and it’s wide door opening means it can handle large box sizes. There are no hydraulics on the Model 319 which is simple, safe and easy to use.
