Enhanced segregation targeting
Bega had some recycling capabilities prior to the agreement with Mil-tek, but they weren’t very specialized or concentrated. As a result, there was no longer a need for a third party to recycle and sort the waste.

Bega has taken charge of its waste and how it is treated since installing these balers. Additionally, the business has improved on-site bin utilization and been able to lower the monthly pickup requirement. In fact, the business was able to cut the number of pickups it made by 56%, saving money and lowering the number of trucks moving about and carbon emissions related to waste transportation.
