The A305 is a medium-sized baler with a powerful, double-cycling cylinder and a deep chamber. It is adaptable for both cardboard and plastic and has a simple, two-handed bale out operation.
The Mil-tek A305 baler is equipped with cutting-edge pneumatic technology, resulting in exceptionally efficient compaction with little power use.
The A205 can condense with 2.5 tonnes of pressing force and run softly at a noise rate of less than 57 dB(a) while operating at only 8 bars of pressure.
The A305 is the third generation of Mil-tek pneumatic balers, boasting cutting-edge pneumatic technology that presses and releases the pressing plate using compressed air through the cylinder.
A double-acting cylinder boosts the speed and force of the pressing cycle. On the downward cycle, the patented ECO-Drive technology efficiently transfers power to the pressing plate and locks the plate in place to further crush the material. Upon release, compressed air is used to restore the pressing plate.
The A305 is adaptable to the size of the workspace, fitting effortlessly into smaller places or connecting to the airline in larger facilities.
The A305 can produce bales of up to 100kg cardboard and 170kg plastic and may be modified to a variety of other materials. The bale size can be modified via six different sizes to guarantee the best bale size for the material and working conditions.
The use of a double-cycling cylinder speeds up the pressing cycle and eliminates the need for return springs. On the downward cycle, patented ECODrive technology efficiently distributes power to the pressing plate and locks the plate in place to further compact the material.
The A305 has a convenient and secure auto-bale out function. To release the bale, the user stands to the side of the machine and triggers a two-handed mechanism in compliance with EN16500 safety regulations. The A305 is suitable for most businesses due to its small floorspace footprint of 0.85m².
