The hydraulic Mil-tek H501 Mill Size Baler produces exceptionally dense, recycle-ready bales that may be delivered directly to mills for final recycling.
The Mil-tek H501 baler’s broad door and deep chamber allow for enormous volumes of cardboard to be baled without the need for breaking down or flat packing. Because of the machine’s robustness, it can handle a wide range of materials.
The Mil-tek H501 is one of the most efficient hydraulic balers on the market, capable of producing bales weighing up to 450kg and fitting neatly on a normal pallet.
The baler is designed to produce exceptionally dense, recycle-ready bales of cardboard or plastic, which can then be shipped directly to mills for final recycling.
Because of the extra-long piston stroke and huge door opening, enormous amounts of material, such as full cardboard boxes, PET plastic, or packaging foam, can be loaded. Mil-tek H501 bales can be tied with either conventional 19mm banding or steel wire.
